By downloading or using Recordus, you agree to these terms.

Purchase

Recordus is available exclusively through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Recordus Pro

Recordus Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds Ask. It renews automatically at the price listed in the App Store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you are eligible for the 7-day free trial, it converts to the paid subscription at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

License

Recordus is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

Your Recordings

You retain full ownership of all recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated content created with Recordus. We do not access or store your content.

Diagnostics and Analytics

From version 1.2.1, Recordus sends anonymous crash and usage telemetry that never contains your recordings, transcriptions, titles, or searches. Both kinds can be switched off in Settings › Privacy. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected, who processes it, and on what basis.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the app. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

Recordus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated transcriptions, summaries and answers may not be perfectly accurate. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
