Privacy Policy

Recordus does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All audio recording, transcription, and AI processing happens entirely on your device.

Recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and settings sync between your devices using Apple's CloudKit service through your personal iCloud account. This data is protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption and is never accessible to us.

AI transcription is powered by Apple's SpeechAnalyzer framework and runs entirely on-device. Smart summaries and action items use Apple's Foundation Models, which also process on-device. No audio or text is sent to any cloud service.

Recordus does not use any third-party SDKs, crash reporters, or telemetry services.
